Terms of Service

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Easy Meet on your personal devices for your own personal or professional use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to provide a competing service or build a competing product
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

Free Access

Easy Meet is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or change the pricing model in the future. We will give reasonable notice before any such changes affect existing users.

Your Responsibilities

Legal Compliance

Easy Meet captures microphone audio and system audio output during meetings. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding recording conversations, including obtaining any necessary consents from meeting participants. Recording laws vary by jurisdiction — many require all-party or two-party consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Easy Meet:

• To record conversations you are not a party to or do not have consent to record
• For any unlawful purpose
• In a way that violates the terms of service of meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
• To infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others

Account and API Keys

Easy Meet is a single-user, local-first application with no account system. Certain features require API keys for third-party services. You are responsible for managing and keeping secure any API keys associated with your use of the App.

AI-Generated Content

Easy Meet uses artificial intelligence (via OpenAI) to generate transcriptions, summaries, suggestions, and meeting notes. This AI-generated content:

• May contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Should be reviewed before relying on it for important decisions
• Does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)
• May not capture every nuance or speaker attribution correctly

We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content from the App.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Deepgram, Soniox, OpenAI, Google Drive, and Aptabase. Your use of these services through Easy Meet is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services.

Updates

The App checks for updates automatically. By using the App you consent to automatic update checks and, on Windows, automatic background download and installation of updates. On macOS, installation requires your explicit action (restart).

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Transcriptions, summaries, or notes will be accurate or complete

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENDURRA TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF EASY MEET, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $0 (as the App is currently provided free of charge).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Endurra Technology Company Limited and its officers, directors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the App in violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, including recording consent laws
• Any recording or data capture you perform using the App

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason in our discretion. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through the competent courts of Vietnam.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
